Funeral services for Zechariah Quitman Britt, 27, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, August 11, 2018, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe with Rev. Warren Eckhardt officiating. Interment will follow at 1:30 PM, Saturday, at Legion Memorial Cemetery, Newellton, LA. Visitation will be 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, August 10, 2018, at the funeral home.

Zack was born July 14, 1991, in West Monroe, LA, and passed away August 7, 2018, in Monroe, LA.

Zack was preceded in death by his maternal great grandparents, Calvin and Avis Acker; paternal great grandmother, Mildred Britt; paternal great grandparents, Hobby and Jeanie Coldiron; maternal grandmother, Tiny Huckabay; and maternal great grandparents, John and Marth Huckabay.

Survivors include his father, Jay Britt; mother, Mary Jean Huckabay; step-mother, Tiffaney Britt; sister and brother-in-law, Elle & Melvin Roberts; brother, Ben Britt; brother, Chandler Woodard; paternal grandparents, Edwin and Memory Britt; maternal grandparents, Johnnie and Leah Huckabay; aunts, Audra Huckabay, Joanna Huckabay, and Jill Britt; uncles, JJ Huckabay and Jeff Britt; nephews, Levi and Leo Roberts; and the love of his life, Chelsea McGaha.


Pallbearers will be the Military Honor Guard. Honorary pallbearers are Chandler Woodard, Elliot Britt, Madison Ringle, Chris Gary, Cody Petty, and T-Ray Huckabay.
