Wilma Louise Long

Funeral services for Mrs. Wilma Long, 89, of Columbia, MO, formerly of Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, August 2, 2012 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home on Sterlington Road in Monroe.  Burial will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Long was born on July 31, 1922 in Quitman, MS, and passed away July 27, 2012.  She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She was kind hearted and caring and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Mrs. Long was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Long.

Survivors include her son, David Long, of Richmond TX; her daughter, Tammy Phillips and husband Mark, of Columbia, MO; grandsons Michael Long, Steven Long, and Jonathan Phillips.

Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
