Funeral services celebrating the life of Wilma Juanita Hough Grigsby, 79, of Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday March 29, 2018 at the Whites Ferry Rd. Church of Christ in West Monroe, LA with Scott Caldwell and James Hough officiating. Interment will be in Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe, LA, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA
Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. Thursday until service time at the church.
Mom lived and worked in Holly Ridge, LA most of her life. She was married to Johnny Grigsby, a farmer, for 54 years. She loved Daddy and her children, grandchildren, brothers, and sisters very much and was always so proud of us. Most of all, she loved her Lord and was faithful to him until he took her home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Beulah Hough, two brothers, Allison Lavelle (Cotton) and James Edward; and her husband, Johnny Grigsby.
Survivors: Daughter, Judy Caldwell (Scott); Son, Johnny Lee Grigsby (Hope); Daughter, Lori Saxton (Tom); grandchildren, Kristy Caldwell (Kelly), David Caldwell, John Michael Caldwell (Alexis), and Joshua Comeaux; brothers, Truman Hough (Carolyn), Doyle Hough (Gloria); Sisters, Elanor Dickey, Esther Little (William) and Lois Goodwin (Jerry); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Scott Caldwell, Tom Saxton, James Hough, Alvin Hough, Donald Hough, and Paul Stephens. Honorary Pallbearers will be David Caldwell, John Michael Caldwell and Joshua Comeaux.
