Arrant, 91, of Mena, AR formerly of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Hasley Cemetery Memorial Pavilion in West Monroe with Rev. Don Hawkins and Rev. Irma McCall officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe. Mrs. Arrant was born March 17, 1923 in Ouachita Parish to the union of Bryant and Emma Edwards and passed away December 23, 2014 at Mena Manor Nursing Center in Mena, AR.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, C.P. Arrant; three sisters, Irmaree Head, Marjie Black and Bobbie Jean Smith.Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Barlow; son, Bruce Earl Arrant and wife Barbara Hoff Arrant; and three grandchildren.
