Willie Gammill

Services for Mrs. Willie Gammill, 97 of Rayville, LA will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Bethel Baptist Church near Holly Ridge, LA., with Bro. Ralph Cheek officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Rayville.

Mrs. Gammill loved gardening, flowers, the outdoors, quilting, cooking, spending time with family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and also loved fishing.

Mrs. Gammill was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Gammill of 28 years, son, Charlie Gammill, her parents; William Jarmon and Era Tibbit, 2 brothers; W. A. Jarmon and Jewel Jarmon, and sisters; Lois Gilley, Gladys Newton, Grace Jarmon, Luna B. Irvin, Cloie Futch, and Eva Crockett.

Survivors include: Son, Robert Gammill and wife Paulette of Jonesboro, LA., 7 Grandchildren; Phyllis Moore and husband Robert of Jonesboro, LA., Lisa Ware and husband Mark of West Monroe, LA., Becky Terry and husband Charlie of Rayville, LA., Cindy Hodge of Rayville, LA., Doug Gammill of Rayville, LA., April Dupeire and husband Jason, and Jason Cheek and wife Sarah. Great-Grandchildren; Ava and Blake Dupeire, Isaac Moore, Michael Moore, Chelsey Ware, Jonathan Ware, Kelsey Hodge, Lindsey Black, Tyler Maxwell, and Holly Terry. 1 sister, Orine Lewis of Delhi, LA.

Pallbearers are: Robert Moore, Isaac Moore, Michael Moore, Tyler Maxwell, Mark Ware, Jonathan Ware, and Doug Gammill.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, September 21st at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Rayville.
