Mrs. Cartlidge was born on December 28, 1923, in Rockdale, TX, and passed away on September 11, 2020, in Monroe. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Darlene Cartlidge
Survivors include sons, Darrel Cartlidge and wife Vickie of West Monroe and Donald Cartlidge of Monroe, LA; daughters, Carolyn Cartlidge of Monroe, LA; and Scharlene Fox and husband Justin; of The Woodlands, TX; grandchildren, Natalie Pepper and husband Rober, Kayla Cichocki and husband Kenny, Megan Boudreaux and husband Joey, and Jessica Fox.
