(Bill) Neill, 49, of Monroe, Louisiana, will be held at 1:30 PM, Saturday, September 27, 2014, at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Monroe, LA, with Dr. Tim Neustifter officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe, LAMr. Neill died Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at University Health Shreveport in Shreveport, Louisiana. Bill was a loving father and husband. He loved spending time with his family in the outdoors hunting and fishing. Survivors include his wife, Alysa K. Neill; children, Samantha Marie Neill and Addison Louis Neill; mother, Mary Dell Meares Neill; Father, Jimmy Neill; and sister, Laura Neill Russell and husband Brandon and their children, Reagan and Riley Russell.Visitation will be held at 12:30 PM Saturday in the parlor of St. Paul’s prior to the service.Honorary pallbearers will be Frank Giovingo, Justin Guerriero, Harvey Guillot, Mark Moody, Vent Risinger and Chris Jones.
