Services are 11:00 AM, Friday, July 22, 2016 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe, LA. Visitation is from 10:00 AM until service time. Interment will be in the Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens, Baltimore, MD.
