Funeral services for Mr. William “Chip” Foust, Jr., 38, of Calhoun, LA, will be held at 11:00AM Monday, March 31, 2008, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe with Rev. Frank Shields officiating.
Mr. Foust passed away on March 28, 2008, at his residence following a brief illness. He was a graduate of Jonesboro-Hodge High School and LA Tech University. Mr. Foust had just finished premed and was working as a scribe at Glenwood Regional Medical Center awaiting his acceptance to Medical School. Mr. Foust was also a U. S. Marine Corps veteran.
Survivors include his father, Dr. William N. Foust Sr. and wife Cyndi; mother, Carole Wilson and husband Ed; brother, David H. Foust and wife Windy; and sisters, Karen Foust Pagget and husband Tony; Rachael Foust and friend Shawn Smith; and Ashley Foust Pardue and husband Ki; two nieces and a nephew.
Visitation will be from 4:00PM until 8:00PM Sunday at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe.
