Memorial Services Celebrating the Life of Warren Bradley Cook, 40, of Farmerville, LA will be held at 4:00 P.M. Monday, March 11, 2019 at Christ Church in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Ottis Lenoir officiating.
Brad was born on July 4, 1978 and passed away on February 22, 2019. He was a loving father, husband, and friend. Brad loved to spend time with family and friends and was always trying to brighten the room. Brad was a sales representative with Dollar General. He is preceded in death by his mother, Rosemary McBroom; father, Lowell (Buddy) Cook; and his daughter, Memorie Rose Cook.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Cook; sons, Bryan Sykes, and Evan Cook; daughter, Ava-Marie Cook and his step-father, Jimmy Wayne Thompson.
