Hammett was born August 23, 1959 at St. Francis Hospital and passed away at 1:55 P.M. on November 10, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital. She is preceded in death by her mother, Big Jerry Wisinger and father, Frank Wisinger; brother, Frankie Bishop; daughter, Heather D.
