Vonceil Taylor Trichell

Funeral services for Mrs. Vonceil Taylor Trichell, 79, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 25, 2018, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe, with Mr. Trampus Taylor, her nephew, officiating. Interment will follow at LA-Ark Cemetery, in Jones, LA. Visitation will be 12:00 PM until service time, Wednesday, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Trichell was born February 3, 1939 and passed away July 21, 2018. Vonceil was of the Catholic faith, a sports enthusiast, and loved her family very much.

Mrs. Trichell was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander Connell Taylor, Jr. and Elsie Marie Brumley Taylor; husband, Earl Joseph Trichell; son, Joseph Earl Trichell; 2 brothers, Gerald Taylor and Donnie Taylor; 2 sisters, Bettie Sue Winters and Anita Arlene Greaud; step mother; Nonnie Taylor; step-brother, Sam Thomas; and step-sister, Lou Nabors.

Survivors include 4 children, Terry Gayle Esswein of West Monroe, Jeffery Lane Trichell (Christy) of Calhoun, Barry Lee Trichell of West Monroe, and Brian Lynn Trichell (Aurora) of Sachse, TX; 6 grandchildren, Christopher Michael Esswein (Jaime), Julie Renea Miles (Michael), Jordan Joslin (Clay), Hunter Trichell, Kiara Harris, Alexander Trichell, and Chloe Trichell; 3 great grandchildren, Miller Michael Miles, Jake Harris Joslin, and Carmen Harris; sister, Shirley Hattfield (Wayne) of Bastrop; brother, Charles Ray Taylor of IL; step-brother, Cecil Thomas; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Brian Trichell, Jeff Trichell, Michael Miles, Matt Green, Hunter Trichell, Christopher Esswein. Honorary pallbearer is Barry Trichell.
