Funeral services for Vera Lea Ross Seffens, 94, of Sterlington, LA, will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, December 24, 2015, in the chapel at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe, with Rev. Judy Bazer officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.Mrs. Seffens died Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at Avalon Place in Monroe.Mrs. Seffens was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Seffens; twelve brothers and sisters; daughter-in-law, Barbara Seffens; grandson, Mickey Seffens; grandson-in-law, Travis Hart; and by her parents.Survivors include her two sons, Donald Gail “Pop” Seffens and wife Kathy of Bossier City, Jerry David Seffens of Sterlington; three grandchildren, Kammela Cook, Melissa Seffens, Justin Seffens and wife Karyn; great grandchild, Katelyn Seffens; and step granddaughter, Rachael Pierce.Pallbearers will be Bruce Bonner, James Ward, Buddy Hemler, Justin Seffens, Kenny Baird, and Ronnie Baird.Visitation will be 9:00 AM until service time Thursday at the funeral home.Memorials may be made to St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church, Sterlington, LA.Online Registry/Condolences: www.mulhearnfuneralhome.comMulhearn Funeral HomeSterlington RoadMonroe, LA
