Turner L. “Tank” Fuller

The Memorial Service celebrating the life of Turner L. “Tank” Fuller, 82, of West Monroe, LA, will be held 2:00PM, Saturday, December 21, 2019, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe with Rev. Mike Holloway officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00PM until service time at the funeral home.

Tank was born October 24, 1937, and passed away at home surrounded by family on December 18, 2019. He was a member of Ouachita Baptist Church.

Tank was in sales most of his life. He and His wife owned Arklatex Security Company for over fifteen years, traveling all over the United States, even going to Niagra Falls twice.

Tank enjoyed going to Sterlington Lady Panthers softball games with his brother. He also enjoyed having coffee with all of his buddies. He was always ready to tell you a joke.

Tank loved his LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints. He enjoyed playing softball, basketball, and football in high school. But his favorite was football.

Tank was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth Bailey and Richard Fuller, and son, Ronnie Fuller.

Survivors include his wife of twenty-nine years, Jeroline (Jeri) Fuller; daughter, Tammy Turner (Jack); brother, Jerry Fuller (Judy Ann), and daughter-in-law, Rachel Fuller. Grandchildren; Misty Wilson (Matt), Rebecca Sims (Steve). great grandchildren; Crew Wilson, Kayden Wilson, Kiley Sims, Kolten Sims, and a host of family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Khalid Shafiei, Dr. Amin El-Malha, Dr. Richard Lee, Dr. Greg Sampognaro, and the fifth floor telemetry at St. Francis Medical Center for the wonderful care given to Tank.

The family would also like to express their sincere appreciation to Heart of Hospice for all the kindness and care during this difficult time, and to all of our friends for all the calls, visits and prayers.

Memorials may be made to the Animal Shelter in Monroe, LA.
