Troy H. LuttgeharmServices celebrating the life of Troy Hans Luttgeharm, 47, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, November 6, 2014, at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Monroe, LA, with Rev. Tim Neustifiter and Rev. Joanne Pounds officiating. His remains will be placed in St. Paul’s Columbarium.Troy died November 3, 2014, at St. Francis Medical Center after a sudden illness. Troy was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, where he served in numerous leadership roles and was a member of the New Horizons Sunday School Class. He was active in St. Paul’s Retreat and ACTS retreat ministries. He was a graduate of Leesville High School and received a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies from Northeast Louisiana University (now University of Louisiana – Monroe) and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from University of Louisiana - Monroe. He was employed in management and counseling with the United Methodist Children’s Home in Ruston, LA. Troy was a faithful supporter of the Boy Scouts of America. He was an Eagle Scout.
