Funeral Services for Mrs. Tommie Allbritton Tyler, 78, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 5, 2015 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Dr. Woods Watson officiating. Interment will follow in the Hasley Cemetery.Mrs. Tyler was born on February 20, 1937 in Olla, LA and passed away at her residence in West Monroe, LA on August 3, 2015. She was retired from St. Francis Medical Center after 31 years of service. Mrs. Tyler is preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Faye Allbritton; her husband, Robert Tyler; daughter, Vickie McGowen; grandson, Robbie McGowen; and her brother, Bert Allbritton.Survivors include her daughter, Rene` Cash and husband, Cleve; step-son, Kim Tyler and wife, Glenda; grandchildren, Jason Lee and wife, Victoria, Heidi Griggs, Sarah McGowen, and Jessica Griggs; eight great grandchildren; sisters, Pat Neidert and husband, Glen, Fern McKeithen and husband, Glen Dale and Laura Gunter and husband, Bobby; brother, Harold Allbritton; sister-in-law, Linda Allbritton; her extended family, Andrea Lowery, Lydia Dunn and Lori Marshall and husband, Jim; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.Pallbearers will be David Thorton, Tony Parker, Scott Carson, Jim Marshall, Steve Walpole, and Ken Allbritton.Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until Service Time.Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.Online Registry/ Condolences: www.mulhearnfuneralhome.com
