Memorial Services Celebrating the Life of Thomas Wayne Woodall, 68, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, April 29, 2012, at Holmesville Baptist Church in Downsville with Bro. Jerry Whitman, of Holmesville Baptist Church, and Bro. Richard Shreve, of Sardis Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Holmesville Baptist Church Cemetery in Downsville.
Mr. Woodall was born on July 10, 1943 in Farmerville, LA and died on April 27, 2012 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was a member of Holmesville Baptist Church in Downsville. Mr. Woodall enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming and riding his tractor. He believed the most important part of a man’s life was spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William Arthur Woodall and Katie Lucille Redden Woodall; and his brother, William Glen Woodall.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Beatrice C. Woodall; daughter, Katie W. Haddad and her fiancée’, Shone Seymour; his pride and joy and the light of his eyes, his granddaughter, Destiny S. Haddad; brother, Bob G. Woodall and his wife, Dawn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Shone D. Seymour, Chad R Haddad, Charles Berry, Jr. Woodall, and John Preaus.
Visitation will be from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM Sunday at Holmesville Baptist Church in Downsville.
Memorials may be made to the Holmesville Baptist Church in Downsville; American Cancer Society or Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home.
