Thomas L "Tommy" Milstead

Graveside Services for Thomas L "Tommy" Milstead, 81, of Calhoun, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, June 19, 2023, at the New Chapel Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Memorial Pavilion with Dr. Marty Black officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until 10:50 A.M. at New Chapel Hill Baptist Church.

Thomas was born in West Monroe, LA on December 8, 1941, and passed away on June 15, 2023. At 56 years of age, he retired from Riverwood International where he was the Shipping and Railroad Superintendent. He spent the next 25 years enjoying time with his wife and keeping his place in pristine condition.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Milstead; parents, Andrew and Maxine Milstead; sister, Lona Richardson; and brother, Buddy Milstead.

He is survived by his children, Becky Vidrine (Buford), Andy Milstead (Robin), and Kristi Milstead (Mike; grandchildren, Meagan Rhodes (Andy), Brittany Ray (Kenny), and Dylan Milstead; great-granddaughter, Amelia Milstead; and brother, Robert Milstead (Marilyn).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Chapel Hill Baptist Church building fund.
