Thomas Lea "Tommy" Easterling

A Celebration of Life for Mr. Thomas Lea “Tommy” Easterling, 64, of Winnsboro, LA, will be held at a later date.

Tommy was born October 11, 1959, in New Orleans, LA and passed away on October 7, 2024. He graduated from Ouachita Parish High School in 1977. Tommy went on to further his education at NLU earning his Bachelor of General Studies. He then went to Southern University earning his jurisprudence. Tommy went to work for the Louisiana Secretary of State’s Office until 1987. He went to work and retired from the NRA as a consultant. Tommy enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling. 

He is preceded in death his parents, Thomas Frederick Easterling and Mae LaTance Thompson Easterling.

Survivors include his daughter, Michelle Easterling; two sisters, Mona Brown and husband Kary, Leola Easterling; two nieces, Maegan Webb and Kelsey Webb; two nephews, Tyler Webb and wife Katie, and Kade Matuszyk-Myers and wife Sara; as well as numerous cousins and many special friends. 

Honorary Pallbearers will be Tyler Webb and Kade Matuszyk-Myers.
