Funeral services for Thomas Bradley “Tito” Duncan, 33, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, May 26, 2017, at Christian Life Church, Monroe, LA. with Rev. Danny Chance officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
Bradley passed away Monday, May 22, 2017 after a brief illness in West Monroe, LA.
Bradley graduated from River Oaks School in 2002, where he played football and baseball. After high school, he had many jobs, with one of his favorite being an intern at the radio station Rock 106, where he met many of his best friends. It was there he got the nickname “Tito” that so many know him by today. Bradley's passion was music and he was very involved in the local music scene. His most recent involvement includes the bands Slawdawgs, Tito and the Freeloaders, Garden District Grand Revival, and Man in the Dash, along with an avid solo career. NELA Music Awards recognized Garden District Grand Revival with the Emerging Artist Award for 2015 and the Best Bluegrass/Folk Band for 2015 and 2016; along with an Addy Award. He was very big into revitalizing down town and bringing local music to all of their events. In March of this year, he proposed to the woman he had loved for many years, Michelle. He was beloved by an entire city, and will dearly be missed by his family, friends and fans.
Bradley was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas and Margaret Knight.
Survivors include his mother, Sandra Brumley and husband, Jerry; sister, Kelsey Clark; fiancé, Michelle Morrison; step brothers, Justin Brumley and Thomas Brumley; and step-father, Ricky Clark.
Pallbearers will be TJ Brumley, Justin Brumley, Tyson Baldwin, Eddie Reid, Richard Reeves, Morgan Decelle, Ryan Watts, and Patrick Coulter. Honorary pallbearers are Philip Whaley and Michael Whaley.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Thursday, May 25, 2017, at Christian Life Church, 6680 Frontage Rd., Monroe, LA.
