Funeral services for Thelnita Brunson Fincher, 68, of West Monroe, will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, May 3, 2015, at Rowland Road Baptist Church of Monroe with Rev. Joe Morell officiating. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at Fairview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with Rev. Carl Richey officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Monroe. Mrs. Fincher “Graduated” Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Fincher taught for 30 years in the public school systems in Arkansas and Louisiana. She was a member of Rowland Road Baptist Church. She taught Sunday School and Children’s Chapel and also served for many years as Co-Director of Home Builders Ministry. Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Larry D. Fincher; children, Angey Lyons and husband Kabe; Dr. Tim Fincher and wife Nino; grandchildren, Fletcher Lyons, Luke Lyons, Nate Lyons, Stephen Fincher and Philip Fincher; brothers and sisters, Galand Brunson and wife Cindy of The Woodlands, Texas; Garion Brunson and wife Lorri of Odessa, Texas; Kim Brunson and Brenda of Dallas, Texas; Rolayne Campau of Spring, Texas; Bryantrina Klecka and husband Joe of Mabank, Texas and Rick Brunson and wife Cordy of Friendswood, Texas; sister-in-law, Joan Butler of Little Rock, Arkansas and numerous nieces and nephews.Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Saturday, May 2, 2015, at Rowland Road Baptist Church in Monroe.
