Tammy Lynn Wink

Funeral Services celebrating the life of Tammy Lynn Wink, 58, of Jones, LA will be held at 2:00PM Monday, July 22, 2024, in the Feazel Chapel of First West Baptist Church of West Monroe with Dr. Mark Fenn and Dr. Woods Watson officiating. Interment will follow in Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe. Visitation will be held from 12:00PM until service time on Monday, July 22, 2024, at Feazel Chapel.

Tammy Lynn Wink was born on May 26, 1966, in Shreveport, LA and passed from her earthly life into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, July 18, 2024, after a lengthy stay in ICU at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe. A graduate of West Monroe High School, she then received an educational degree from the University of Louisiana of Monroe and taught school at Mitchell Elementary School for several years. She then returned to Louisiana Tech University and earned a nursing degree. After a short stay as a school nurse at George Welch, she worked as a nurse for several years at St. Francis, North Monroe, and Glenwood Regional Medical Center. Following her marriage to Johnny Wink in 2014, she assisted him in the operation of his well-known business Mega Bucks Duck Guide Services in Jones, LA. She loved life and had a huge circle of friends. She loved to travel and get together with her friends. Tammy had a bubbly and fun personality, was always fashionable, and lit up a room when she walked in. To know her was to love her and she influenced everyone around her. Tammy also loved the Lord and recently enjoyed a ladies retreat. She loved her family deeply, especially her three sons and most of all, her husband. 

 She is survived by her husband, Johnny Wink; sons, Cory Mulhearn and fiancé, Kayla Sampognaro, Colby Mulhearn and wife, Kendall, and Casey Mulhearn; one grandson, Cooper Thomas Mulhearn; one granddaughter, Sutton Jane Mulhearn; parents, Ed and Virginia Pettis; brother, Rick Pettis; brother-in-law, Jimmy Wink and wife, Carol of Meridian, MS; and many nieces and nephews.

 Pallbearers will be Cory Mulhearn, Colby Mulhearn, Casey Mulhearn, Cooper Mulhearn, Jeff Donald, Steve Tippin, Scott Fordham, and Eric Craighead. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jeff Fragalia, Todd Smith, Mark Keedy, David Dodson, Christopher and Chandler Pettis, and Kevin Weir. 

 Memorials may be made to the Ouachita Parish Animal Shelter.
