Memorial service for Ms. Susanne Ochs Landry, 70, of West Monroe will be held at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Austin Rinehart.

Visitation will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, with the memorial service following immediately after at 11:00 AM

Ms. Landry died August 27, 2021, at Briarwood Nursing Home in Little Rock, AR.

Ms. Landry was a faithful member of McGuire United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her children; Meghan Pettis and husband Daniel, Beth Linebarger and husband Matt, and Jill Benoit and husband Shane, grandchildren; Brody Pettis, Grant Pettis, Lily Linebarger, Harper Linebarger, and Thomas Benoit; siblings and their spouse, Janet Norris, Marcia Smith, Greg Ochs and wife Sharon, Melanie and husband Mike Perkins, Paul Ochs and wife Bonnie, Laurie Ochs, and many nieces and nephews.

Ms. Susanne Landry departed her loving family on Friday, August 27. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana to Maxine and Bill Ochs on April 28, 1951, she was the eldest of seven. She was a retired educator in the Ouachita Parish School System. She loved music, reading, and needlepoint. Ms. Landry faced many challenges throughout her life but overcame them all with incredible determination and grace. She was a special person and will always be remembered for her joyous spirit. The family would like to thank all her caregivers at Briarwood Nursing Home for the exceptional care she received.
