Susan Biggers

Memorial services for Mrs. Susan Biggers, 66, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, February 10, 2022, at North Monroe Baptist Church in Monroe, LA, with Rev. Warren Eckhardt officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd., Monroe, LA.

Susan Biggers was born on May 4, 1955 and went home to be with the Lord on February 7, 2022. Susan was a people person and loved to talk to people. She would talk to complete strangers because that was her nature. She would strike up a conversation with a fence post if no people were around. She adored her grandchildren and was adamant that they came to know the Lord. She loved the lord and was strong in her faith.

Susan is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Stanley Passman, Bonnie Albritton Hance; paternal grandmother, Ola Mae Passman; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Albritton, Sr.; brother, Stan Passman, Jr.; aunt, Sue Albritton; and uncle, Bobby Mac Albritton.

Susan is survived by her husband of 38 years, Robert; son, Ben Lyons (Michaela); daughter, Molly Moore (Stephen); four grandchildren who were the light of her life, Landon Lyons, Thomas Moore, Caroline Moore and Addison Lyons; sister, Polly Bryant (Jim); nieces, Hannah Hathorn and Holly Harrington; sister-in-law, Sandra Hall of Shreveport, LA, nephew, Stacy Hall (Kelly) of Shreveport, LA; sister-in-law, Robin Passman of Baton Rouge, LA; brother-in-law, Ricky Biggers (Kathy) of Hampton, AR; nephews, Cody Passman (Courtney) of Denver, CO and Beau Passman (Katlyn) of Baton Rouge, LA; uncle, Clyde Albritton, Jr.; nephew, Dr. Brad Biggers (Jordan); as well as a host of cousins.

While we will miss her terribly, she is walking on streets of gold and pain free.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
