Stanley Ferrell Hodge

Funeral services for Mr. Stanley Ferrell Hodge, 53, of Dean, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, June 30, 2011, at Haile Baptist Church in Marion, LA with Bro. Michael Murphy officiating. Interment will follow at Roarke Allen Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
Mr. Hodge, a pipeline worker, passed away Monday, June 27,2011. Stan was a very loving and devoted husband and daddy. He loved to be outdoors hunting and fishing.
Stan was preceded in death by his father, John Willie Hodge.
Left to cherish memories are his loving wife of over 20 years, Candy Benson Hodge; one son, Jonathan Hodge (Christina); two daughters, Katie Hollis (Benny); Sabré Hodge; and a four legged son, Harley; special nephew, Jonathan (BJ) Clampit; mother, Lula Hodge; brother, Art Hodge; two sister, Dixie Rhode and Alice McKinnie; mother-in-law, Ernestine Benson; three grandchildren; a very special uncle, Spence Allen; and numerous other family.
Serving as pallbearers are BJ Matte, David Bryant, Bruce McGaha, Ricky Sims, Dicky Worthy, and Stevie Pace.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the church.
