Funeral Service for Sonia Christine Brennan, 58, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, April 26, 2019, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Jordy McKaskle officiating. Interment will follow in Greer Cemetery in Rayville, LA.

Sonia was born in Monroe, LA, on December 19, 1960 and gained her wings on April 23, 2019. She was loved so deeply by so many. She never came across a stranger or someone she couldn’t make laugh with her sarcastic sense of humor. Sonia was a free spirit, who lived life undeniably to the fullest. She was and will always remain an extraordinary mother and a phenomenal friend.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Christine Morris; stepfather, Bill Morris; and stepmother, Jenetta Brennan.

Survivors include her daughter, Aaron Christine Josey; her father, Roy Brennan; sister, Cheryl Sommers; brothers, Ben Morris, Gary Rials and Lynn Rials; and nephew, Cole Sommers.

Pallbearers will be Mark Oliveaux, Scott McKaskle, Mike Traxler, Pat Mabray, Gary Rials and Ronnie Barton.

Honorary pallbearers will be Bob Sadler and Ervin Miller.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Thursday, April 25, 2019, at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA.
