Poem for Skylar:
Our beautiful son who first came into this world on January 15th 2016. He had cute little eyes that gleamed. He filled our hearts with love as we held him in our arms; we thanked the Lord as he brought him into our lives.
Even after hearing the news of his terminal condition we loved him as we laid our eyes on him, he instantly molded to our hearts. He made us strong and filled our lives with love even though we knew that he may not live long. He was a great inspiration to us as he fought through the challenges he faced. He taught us that life is worth fighting and God is in control. We've grown in our faith and love for the Lord because our son came in to our lives, we will deeply cherish his memories forever in our hearts.
With him passing, at least we know he is no longer suffering. He is now with God and will live forever in the heavens with joy and love.
To our son who is in heaven, we can't wait to see again. For now, play like there is no tomorrow. We love you very much and look forward to see you some day.
