Shirley Marie Crain

Funeral Services for Mrs. Shirley Marie Crain, 85, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, December 26, 2016 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA with Rev. Neil Everett officiating. Interment will follow in Hasley Cemetery, West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Crain was born June 24, 1931 in Lillie, LA, and passed away December 22, 2016. She enjoyed fishing, sewing, gardening and raising her 6 children. Mrs. Crain attended Highland Baptist Church and Calhoun First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Crain.

Survivors include her children, Debbie Lieber (Don), Denise Tuell (Rick), Kathryn Reed, Steve Crain, Doug Crain (Jean), and Connie Hodnett (Vyron); a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Crain’s grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. on Monday at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
