Shelby Jean Turner

Memorial service for Ms. Shelby Jean Turner, 66, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 4:30PM Saturday, March 13, 2021, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe with Rev. Lindle Stewart officiating. Ms. Turner was born on October 28, 1954 and found eternal peace on March 9, 2021. She worked as a police officer and retired from the Monroe Police Department. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and they had a special bond with their Nana. Survivors include her children, Ashley Stark, Kelly Haire, and Phillip Crawley and wife Jamie; grandchildren, Nick Stark, Elaine Stark, Jacob Pyles, Lana Pyles, Ava Crawley, Mia Crawley, and Bree Crawley; sister, Diane King and husband Mike; brothers, Ray Smith and wife Wanda and Donald Smith and wife Sherry. Visitation will be from 3:30PM until service time at Mulhearn Funeral Home Monroe. Memorials may be made to the Cancer League in Monroe.
