Funeral Services for Mr. Shane Douglas Johnson, 20, of Calhoun, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at the New Chapel Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Dupree and Rev. Werner Aswell officiating. Interment will follow in the New Chapel Hill Church Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
Shane was born in Monroe, LA on October 12, 1989 and passed away on May 23, 2010. He loved the outdoors hunting and fishing. He is preceded in death by Great Grandparents, Doug Moore, O.B. and Ella Bradford and Mack and Georgia Cannon.
Survivors include his parents, Jesse and Susan Johnson; brothers, Emmett, and Brandon Johnson, and Caleb Winters; maternal grandparents, Don and Brenda Cannon of Bentonville, AR; paternal grandparents, Donald and Brenda Johnson of Slidell, LA; great grandmother, Liz Moore of West Monroe, LA and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Bell, Justin Stuckey, Ross Kelly, Austin Dillingham, Taylor Coulter and Tommy Lee
Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday, May 24, 2010 at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
Memorials may be made to the New Chapel Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
