Sarah Thompson Wilhite

Funeral Services Celebrating the Life of Mrs. Sarah Thompson Wilhite, 74, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at the Point Assembly of God Church with Pastor Louis Bartet officiating. Interment will follow in the Wilhite Cemetery Point, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Wilhite was born on June 15, 1943 and passed away on October 14, 2017. She was a member of the Providence Baptist Church in Point, LA. Mrs. Wilhite loved people and never met a stranger. She also loved barrel racing. Mrs. Wilhite is preceded in death by her son, Lane Thompson.

Survivors include her husband, Frank Wilhite, Jr.; daughter, Ronda Cotton (Ricky); step-daughters, Melissa Davis (Mike), Ramona Garrison (John) and Amy Gilliland; step-son, Kenny Wilhite (Jane); two special grandsons, Spencer Kane Thompson and Caleb Chase Hinton; numerous step grandchildren; sister, Virgie Cross; brother, Albert Brasfield, Jr.; special friend, Tressa Carpenter; along with numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Caleb Hinton, Michael Davis, Mike Davis, Jr., Matt Hinton, Ricky Cotton, and Willie Sumlin.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Monday at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA and from 1:00 P.M. until service time on Tuesday at Point Assembly of God Church.
