Mrs. Smith was born November 18, 1950 and passed away Friday, March 22, 2019.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her dad, Milton Lee Stout; mother, Nobie Elaine Stout; and sisters, Nina Sue Stout, Stella Stout, Elaine Stout, and Nobie Stout.
Survivors include daughter, Catina Scully and husband Shawn Scully; grandsons, Austyn Scully, Ethan Scully, Jonathan Scully; son, Milton Todd Arrant and wife Mirna Arrant; grandchildren, Gavin Arrant, Ellerey Arrant, Syndney Arrant, and Rebecca Arrant; lots of nieces and nephews; and special friend, Merrille Lowrery.
