Sarah Grace TelliferoMemorial services celebrating the life of Sarah Grace Tellifero, 13, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 3:30 P.M. Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at the Family Life Center of First United Methodist Church in West Monroe, LA, with Rev. Shawn Hornsby and Rev. Dr. Doug Ezell officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe. Family Life Center will open at 2:30 P.M.Sarah died on August 24, 2014 in a lake accident.Sarah Grace was a fearless lover of life, whose love and joy impacted every life she came into contact with. She loved Jesus passionately and “couldnt wait to be with Him.” Sarah loved her friends and family deeply. She had a giving heart, and served on her first overnight mission trip in July. Sarah was incredibly bright, with a sharp sense of humor, and a talent for singing and piano. She was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in West Monroe, LA and the Frontline Youth Ministry. Sarah was a member of the Christian Homeschool Association Junior Varsity “Flame” Volleyball and Basketball teams.Sarah Grace is survived by her parents; Rev.
