Sandra Reeder Canizaro

Funeral services for Sandra Reeder Canizaro, 76, of Monroe, will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 15, 2018, at Jesus the Good Shepherd Catholic Church with Rev. Job Edathinatt officiating. Interment will follow at St. Matthew Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM and a Rosary at 6:30 PM at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Mrs. Canizaro, a retired registered nurse, was born May 22, 1942, in Shreveport, LA, and passed away Monday, December 10, 2018, at her residence. She was a member of Jesus the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, ACTS and Women’s Bowling Congress.

Mrs. Canizaro was preceded in death by her parents P. E. and Katherine Reeder.

Survivors include her husband, Anthony Canizaro; daughters, Toni Cockrell (Ronnie), Gina Hope (Paul), Angela Ditta (Tommy), and CeCe Weaver (John); grandchildren, Shannon Teague, Joei Rogers, Zachary Bower, Trey Weaver, and Amanda and Emily Ditta; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Cecilia Varino (John) and Sherry Zorzi (Paul).

Pallbearers will be Ronnie Cockrell, John Weaver, Tommy Ditta, Paul Fehling, Zach Bower, and Trey Weaver.
