Funeral services for Sandra Pearson Nixon, 76, of Monroe, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, October 21, 2016 at Paron Baptist Church with Rev. J.R. Wells and Rev. Kurt Auger officiating. Interment will follow at Ouachita City Cemetery.

Sandra was born in Borger, TX, on October 9, 1940, and passed away October 18, 2016 in Monroe, LA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard Pearson Sr. and Daphane Pearson; sisters, Gracie Pearson and Eula McKinnie; brother; Richard Pearson Jr.; granddaughter, Niki Wells; and son in law, Danny George.

Survivors include her daughter, Rhonda George; son, JR Wells and wife Angela; granddaughters, Katy Balsamo and husband Darren, and Megan Wells; great grandchildren, Shelby, Carter, Paxton, and Drew Balsamo; brother, Denny Pearson and wife Dee; sister, Rene Hollis and husband Jeff; niece, Ryley Greene; nephews Denton Pearson, Johnny White, and Gabe Hollis; and special loved one, JoAnna Parker.

Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P. M, Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Paron Baptist Church.
