Funeral services for Mrs. Sandra Nugent, 69, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe, LA, with Rev. Everett Geis, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Visitation will be 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Friday, October 15, 2021, at Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd., Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Nugent was born January 7, 1952, in Monroe, LA, and passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Nugent was preceded in death by her daughter, Jessica Nugent; dad, Monte McGough; mother, Jessie McGough; brothers, Wayne McGough, and Bobby McGough.

Survivors include her husband, Terry Nugent; son, Shane Nugent and wife Shannon Nugent; grandson, Cole McMillon and wife Kala, granddaughter, Kersten Strother and husband Caden; sister, Karen Navarro; brothers, Danny McGough and Kenny McGough; grandchildren, Shawn Austin Nugent, Sommer Nugent, and Seth Nugent; great grandchildren, Paisley McMillon and Dawson McMillon.

Pallbearers will be Cole McMillon, Shawn Austin Nugent, Seth Nugent, Caden Strother, Chad Navarro, and Chase Wooley.
