Samuel "Sammy" Lee Duke

Funeral Services for Mr. Samuel “Sammy” Lee Duke, 65, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, December 22, 2018, at Mulhearn Memorial Park in the Mausoleum Chapel in Monroe, LA, with Bro. Russell Rhodes officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Duke was born January 29, 1953 and passed away December 20, 2018. He enjoyed traveling and being on the road for his job. He loved spending time with his family and always enjoyed a good meal.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon Duke and Janie Aday; brother-in-law, James “Jim” Rabb; and his lifelong friend, Ron Hulbert.

Survivors include his brothers, Jimmy Duke (Paula), Steven Duke (Racheal), and David Duke (Kathy); sisters, Lillie Rabb, Betty Mitchell, and Joyce Broom (Gene); nieces, Lynn Brown, Terri Brinson, Traci Valentine, Ronda Duff, Bet Mitchell, Angel Cowan, Robyn Rabb, Crystal Wade and Kathryn Duke; and lifelong friend, Buford Vodrine, and two very dear friends, Doris and Ginger.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until service time on Saturday at Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel in Monroe, LA.
