Funeral service for Mr. Sam Colby Bass, 32, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00AM Friday, October 2, 2015, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Monroe with Rev. Ricky Baker officiating. Interment will follow in Hall Cemetery in Richland Parish, LA. Sam passed away on September 28, 2015, at University Health Conway in Monroe. He loved his daughter Chloe with all his heart and enjoyed fishing.
