Ruby Ritchie

Graveside Services for Mrs. Ruby Ritchie, 78, of West Monroe, LA, will be held from 11:00 A.M., Monday, January 21, 2019, at Hasley Cemetery Pavilion in West Monroe, with Pastor Micheal Stravato officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Mrs. Ritchie was born February 17, 1940 and passed away January 19, 2019. She was retired from Lowe’s as a Department Manager. Mrs. Ritchie loved to cook, and she was the baby of thirteen children.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Byron Ritchie.

Survivors include her daughters, Kim LaVonne Cartlidge, Cathey Lewis and husband Walter Gregory, Deanna Beserra, and Shirley Lansdown and husband James “Todd”; stepchildren, Dwain Ritchie, Daphne Tyler, Danny Ritchie, and Denise Ritchie; eight grandchildren; and twenty-one great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. on Monday at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA.
