Ronza Anderson Edmonson (Ronny), 73, of Monroe, LA. Born July 11, 1944. Died Saturday, March 24th, 2018.
Close family includes sister Resa Wingfield, son Lowry Edmonson, daughters Shara Manning and Brittany Foster, and loving friend of the family/caregiver Karen Free. He adored six grandchildren from ages 10 to 6 years old.
Ronny was a loving father, grandfather and friend to many. He proudly served in the US Air Force and a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He loved music, singing, and playing guitar. He was a barber for 15 years and a letter carrier for the US post office for 20 years. He enjoyed reading, wood working, and riding his motorcycle.
Ronny donated his earthly body to LSUS Health Science Center for medical research.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Lakeshore Baptist Church in Monroe, LA at 2:00 PM with visitation with family at 1:00 PM.
The family would like to thank St. Joseph Hospice nurses and staff, Lakeshore Baptist Church members, and all friends for your prayers and well wishes. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to LSUS Health Sciences Foundation in memory of Ronza Edmonson.
