Roger David Robert

Funeral Services for Mr. Roger David Robert, 68, of West Monroe, LA, will be held 11:00 A.M., Monday, September 25, 2017, at Luna Assembly of God Church in West Monroe, LA, with Bro. Buddy Wade officiating. Interment will follow in Luna Assembly of God Church Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Robert was born October 29, 1948, and passed away September 21, 2017 at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe. He was faithful to our country serving in the United States Army and a retired Deputy with the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office. He will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Iver Robert; and brother, Jerry Robert.

Survivors include his daughter, Desiree Robert Carpenter and her husband Bobby; brothers, Mark, Eldred and Benny; sister, LaRue; as well as several step-grandchildren, Briana and Abigail Carpenter, and Wyatt, Tanner and Paige Rayner, and Levi and Dakota Masters.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Carpenter, Dillon Rayner, Casey Rayner, Eric Rayner, Adam Robert and William Robert.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Sunday, September 24, 2017, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.
