Robin Truman Saterfiel

Funeral Services Celebrating the Life of Mr. Robin Truman Saterfiel, 84, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, November 3, 2017 at Highland Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Gordon “Skip” Dean officiating. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Calhoun, LA under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Saterfiel was born on December 13, 1932 in West Monroe, LA and passed away at the Northeast Louisiana War Veterans Home in Monroe, LA on October 31, 2017. He was a retired local businessman. He owned Saterfiel’s Grocery for over 40years. Mr. Saterfiel was an avid golfer and fisherman. He is preceded in death by his wife, Earline Hogan Saterfiel; parents, Cecil and Lillian Saterfiel; sister, Oretha Luttrell Bond; and brother, Herbert C. Saterfiel.

Survivors include his wife, Freddie Saterfiel; children, Gary Saterfiel and wife, Marta; Kathy Humphries and husband, Wade; Johnny Toms and wife, Lori; Jeffery Toms and wife, Dawn; Jay Toms and wife, Melissa and Jan Doughty and husband, Terry; brother, Doyle Saterfiel and wife, Melba; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces , nephews and friends.

Mr. Saterfiel’s grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
