Funeral services for Ralph Simpson, 74, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, February 24, 2017, in the chapel at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum, Monroe, LA. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
Mr. Simpson passed away Monday, February 20, 2017. He served in the Army and married Gabriele Reichart in Germany. They had a son and a daughter. He worked for the GTE phone company in Florida.
Mr. Simpson was preceded in death by his parents, Clark and Mary Simpson; brothers, Ronnie, James, Charles Sr., and Claude, Jr., Simpson.
Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Ruby Freeman Simpson; children, son, Mark Simpson and daughter, Catherine; and nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Friday, in the mausoleum.
