Burial will be in the Rayville Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Rayville.Phyllis was born on September 2, 1954 in Ferriday and passed from this life on May 25, 2016 at her home. She was a member of Beouf River Baptist Church.
