Services for Mrs. Pauline Stitt, 96 of Winnsboro, will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, November 4, 2017, in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro, with Rev. Fran Guy, and Rev. Chris Winterman officiating. Interment will follow in New Winnsboro Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in Winnsboro.
Mrs. Stitt was a member of First United Methodist Church in Winnsboro. She loved shopping at Belk’s, Dillard’s, and Stein Mart. She loved sewing, reading her bible, and flowers, especially day lilies. She loved her family, especially spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, William Stitt, her parents; Samuel Edgar Lee, Sr. and Lula Belle Wiltshire Lee, brother, S. E. Lee, Jr., and sister, Lucy Brocato.
Survivors include: 3 Daughters; Nell Young of Winnsboro, Eddie Franklin and husband Robert of Hooks, TX, and Virginia Marlor and husband Cal of Haughton, LA. 5 grandchildren; Kay Dubberly and husband Steve of Bossier City, LA, Tim Young and wife Cathy of Winnsboro, Lisa Kimrey and husband Ken of Simsboro, LA, Lori Collins and husband Randy of Crowville, LA, and Kristy Newman and husband Haskell of Union Grove, TX. 8 great-grandchildren; Erin and Rachel Young, Hunter Kimrey, Katie Kimrey, Randi Lynne Archibald and husband Chris, Ian Collins, Trey Newman, and Madi Newman. Brother, Kirby Lee and wife Grace of Lady Lake, FL, and sister-in-law, Mary Lee of Winnsboro.
Pallbearers will be: Robert Franklin, Cal Marlor, Steve Dubberly, Howard Anderson, Jame McLemore, and Ricky Brocato.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church in Winnsboro, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or the Gideons.
