A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Patti Joan Anderson Naron, 74, of Calhoun, LA, will be 12:00 PM Wednesday, September 19, 2018, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Warren Eckhardt officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
Pat was born November 12, 1943, and went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 15, 2018. She was a member of the Baptist faith. She was known by many as “Ms. Pat” and “Granna”. Granna loved being outdoors, gardening, going to the beach, swimming in her pool, entertaining and traveling, especially to Hawaii. Pat and Wayne traveled on numerous cruises and traveled to Hawaii 9 times. Pat was most known for touching the lives of hundreds of children by taking care of them at Ms. Pat’s Daycare. After 18 years, dedicated to childcare, she retired. A short while later, Pat began a career with State Farm. Pat then worked at State Farm for 5 years before retiring and began traveling with Wayne. Pat and Wayne enjoyed traveling to visit their children and grandchildren. They especially loved watching their grandchildren’s sport activities.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Wayne Kenneth and Elsie Mossberg Anderson; brother, Wayne Anderson; granddaughter, Shelby Fulton; and grandson, Scotty Ray Bragg.
She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 29 years, Wayne Naron; seven children, Scott Bragg (Ronda), Staci Bragg Leake (Michael), Theresa Naron Morgan (Louis), Sheri Bragg Walker (Johnny), Deborah Naron Walters (Stan), Summer Bragg Fulton (Chris), and Shannon Naron Hood (Ken); 19 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Gary Michael Anderson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins; and her special fury friend, Sadie.
