Patsy McLain Eppinette

Funeral services for Mrs. Patsy McLain Eppinette of Oak Ridge will be 10:00am Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Loch Arbor Baptist Church in Monroe with Bro. William Sikes, Bro. Ritchie Redding, and Bro. Bruce Rollins officiating. Interment will follow at Loch Arbor Baptist Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Rayville. Visitation will be from 6:00pm until 8:00pm Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at the church.

Mrs. Eppinette was born December 17, 1946 and passed from this life on November 9, 2020 in Monroe, LA at the age of 73. She was a member of Loch Arbor Baptist Church of Swartz. She enjoyed going to the deer camp to hunt and cooking for her family. She also made wedding cakes for several members of her family throughout the years. She never met a stranger and was a friend to all who met her. She will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Mary McLain; and three brothers, Eugene McLain, Charles McLain and Howard McLain.

Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Charlie Eppinette of Oak Ridge; her children, Tina Stanley and husband, Johnny, Keith Smith and wife, Vickie, and Ricky Smith and wife, Devon, all of Swartz; one brother, Kenneth McLain of Farmerville; thirteen grandchildren, Drannon Stanley, Robbie Smith, Cole Smith, Leah Smith, Rollin Smith and wife, Heather, Dakota Freeman and wife, Roseanna, Montana Freeman, Dyllon Smith and wife, Paige, Auston Smith, Heather Smith, Riley Smith, Ashton Hagon and Dylan Ridgeway; twelve great-grandchildren, Aiden, Summer, Elaina, Rachael, Cooper, Logan, Maddie, Emily, A.J., Stetson, Landry, Remi, and two more great-grandchildren on the way; special nephews and niece whom she loved as her own children, Darren Eppinette, Michael Eppinette, and Michaela Eppinette; also survived by a host of extended family and friends.

Pallbearers will be grandsons, Dyllon Smith, Auston Smith, Ashton Hagon, Cole Smith, Rollin Smith, Drannon Stanley, Zac Corrent and Dakota Freeman. Honorary pallbearers will be Darren Eppinette, Michael Eppinette, Jason Adams, Dylan Ridgeway, Riley Smith and Robbie Smith.
