Patsy Brown Bostick

Memorial services celebrating the life of Mrs. Patsy Brown Bostick, 82, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, November 13, 2021, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA, with Dr. Mark Fenn officiating. Private family graveside services will be held in the Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe, LA. Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until service time on Saturday.

Mrs. Bostick was born on February 22, 1939, in Monroe, LA and passed away on November 9, 2021. She graduated from West Monroe High School and also from Northwestern State University. After 20 years as a homemaker, she went back to teaching school at Monroe Christian School and then Claiborne Christian School. Mrs. Bostick was a member of First Baptist Church of West Monroe, LA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Bostick; parents, Steward and Vera Brown; and her brother, Steward Lee Brown.

Survivors include her sons, Troy Bostick (Jennifer) of Choudrant, LA, Terry Bostick (Stephanie) of Cabot, AR, and Thad Bostick of Baltimore, MD; grandchildren, Tara Ratcliff (Dustin) of Birmingham, AL, Joshua Bostick (Morgan) of West Monroe, LA, Caleb Bostick (Brandy) of West Monroe, LA, and Lindsey Bostick of Bryant, AR; great grandchildren, Daisy and Judah Ratcliff, Arden, Asa and Virginia Bostick, and Asher Bostick; sisters, Kathy King (Gerald) and Vera Powell; and sisters-in-law, Patsy Bostick and Betty Gunn (Jesse).
