Funeral Services Celebrating the Life of Patricia Lynn Anzelmo, 66, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 18, 2017, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Fr. Frank Coens officiating. Interment will follow in the Northeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Rayville, LA.

Mrs. Anzelmo was born on March 3, 1951, and passed away at her residence in West Monroe, LA on August 15, 2017. She loved riding motorcycles with her husband and also loved West Monroe High School Football. Mrs. Anzelmo is preceded in death by her mother, Johnnie Jenkins Laney.

Survivors include her husband and lover of 49 years, George V. Anzelmo; daughter, Sandra Anzelmo; grandchildren, Morgan Rice and Peyton Anzelmo; great grandson, Jameson Rice; brother, Buzz Jenkins; brother-in-law, Anthony J. Anzelmo; sister-in-law, Maria Rissota; nephew, James Darryl Anzelmo and numerous friends and other family.

Pallbearers will be Tony Anzelmo, Jimmie Pilgreen, Jake Lynn, James Anzelmo, Steve Warren, and Tom Tolbert.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Thursday at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
