Pam Houck

Funeral Services for Pam Houck, 57, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, September 23, 2017, in the Mausoleum Chapel at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA with Bro. Greg Clark officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Houck was born September 20, 1960, in New Orleans, LA, and passed away September 21, 2017, at her residence in West Monroe, LA. She was a graduate from Grambling State University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing. Pam worked in the NICU at St. Francis Medical Center as a registered nurse for many years and enjoyed her time spent caring for children while working in the unit. She was a quiet and tender hearted lady that never raised her voice to anyone. Pam enjoyed scrapbooking with her mother, Dyann and her sister, Debra.

She was preceded in death by her father, James D. Ellis.

Survivors include her husband of 17 years, Stephen Houck; her two sons, Kenny L. Olson and Bradley Giger; granddaughter, Kenley Olson; her mother, Dyann Patton; sister, Debra Tarver; niece, Kasie Lowery and husband Dack and their daughter, Ava; and nephew, T.J. Olson and wife Katey and their children, Maddox, Seth and Hannah. She is also survived by a very special family friend, Kelli Ketchell of West Monroe.
